I have a Yahoo group - Linda's Little Village. Since I can now archive my messages there I have set it up so only I can post and it is open to everyone. From now on I will post all my crafts, recipes, inspirational & Christian items, jokes and other silliness there and dropping most of my blogs.
Check it out at:

I will leave this up for awhile until I get everything moved to the group.
Thanks for looking,
Linda B:)

Friendship Bracelets
Everyone loves the little "friendship" bracelets. The simplicity makes them fast and easy to make. You can grab lots of vibrant colors to highlight summer tans and clothes. It is also a great craft to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. All you need is some embroidery floss and a clipboard.
Many of the bracelets are macrame and require knotting. I like this young girl's different style of weaving:
For the more traditional knotting there are several videos including a set of 4 steps with great detail. This link is a short and quick video that shows the basic knotting technique:

Easter Egg Wreath
Very simple and fast. This would also make a nice table decoration for a kid's party. You could add treats in the eggs and let each child have an egg or two to take home.
